During my 72 hour free visa i took those tours to get most og my stay. First our guides were friendly and shared their knowledge of both the forbidden city and the various temples The sights were o Impressive but i must admit i was disappointed by the great wall. The wall is impressive seen from the distance but sll those people, swarming like a beehive was more tham i could take.so that part was a huge disappointed. Then the various stops werr fun and i reallly liked the tea ceremony even though you find the same teas for cheaper at the aiport. Last point, i wish chinese People were less pushy and loud. To finish the cruelty of serving living scorpions on a stick should be bannec. Nothing funny about it.gives a not so good impression of chinese prople...

I have a really good time, I enjoyed to have stops for shopping classic items and also the wonderful places. Even when there was a miss understanding the agency contact me to solve it...

Thank you for the tour, I really enjoyed it, and Jack was a wonderful tour guide (even if his English was very hard for me to understand). I enjoyed the Great Wall so much. Jack did all his best to show us around. However, the shopping sessions that came as a surprise (jade factory, silk factory, tea tasting and most importantly the Chinese Hospital) seemed very pushy for me. I went there as a tourist and not for shopping and leaving there a fortune. Next time I would choose another travel agency where they clearly declare not to engage me in any forced shopping. Apart from this, I enjoyed the tour very much...

Day one: We had Lisa as our guide. She is good and precise in her telling history of China. Speaks with confident and clearly too. The rain did not dampen my spirits to climb the Great Wall though we could have been told of the weather before the trip. The lunch was good. However, we should have spent more time at the tourist spots than going to the commercial factories. Day two: We had Chris as our guide. Though his English is a bit difficult to understand, we somehow knew what he was talking about. We should have been given more time at the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The lunch was good too. Overall, the experience is value for money! Good job to my two tour guides!..

The first day with Tina was very nice. She is a good guide and we had a good time visiting the Great Wall. The "Tea Ceremony" is a scam. They serve you half a dozen different tea samples and then try to sell you tea and China for 5X the market price. I ALWAYS offered 20-25% of the asking price and did not pay one cent more. The second day was terrible. Linda is a very rude person, not qualified to be a guide. Her English is very poor and she is VERY RUDE when we asked something again. She rushed us through the Forbidden City in 20 minutes and did not even allow us to make a quick stop at the souvenier shop. She was in a hurry to rush us to some "Traditional Medicine Center" where some "Doctor" felt your pulse and prescribed you 300 Dollars worth of herbs...

Thoroughly enjoyed our guide on each day and their experienced drivers. Wonderful variety of sights, experiences, destinations, lunches, and fellow tourists on each day. Highly recommend climbing the Great Wall at Mutianyu rather than Badaling. Even thought it cost a bit more, there were fewer people for a more relaxed climb and time to enjoy the views and picture taking. If you are first time Beijing visitors, this 2 day tour is well worth your time and money...

We did a 2 day private tour with car, guide and an smooth organisation. Serena our guide did an amazing job, always available, informative, helpful and even very funny! Mr. Chen always on time, with clean car, well refrigerated, compliment water and smooth driving on the complex traffic of Beijing. The tour content spectacular, and the expertise of Serena to guide us between the crowd considering that it was in early August with thousands of tourists was quite astonishing...

We took the 2 day tour with Will. His English was very good and he was very informative. The van driver was great and we got to all our destinations on time. The two days were not enough time to see everything next time we would take additional tours. Seeing the Great Wall and the Forbidden City was wonderful. The lunches were very good. We were amazed that the Chinese people wanted to take pictures of us as if we were celebrities. Would recommend this tour to everyone. We had a great group of people from all over the world...

The airport transfers, tours and shows we had booked were all well organised. We specifically booked the tour believing that the first day was to be Beijing sites, so that we could really enjoy the Great Wall on the second day when we were less jet lagged - but the days were switched around. Although we had a local guide "Kathy" who was very attentive, we didn't get the depth of information I would expect from a local. The compulsory shopping stops were a real draw back, none were really 'factories' rather they were show rooms where we were actually required to be remain for 40 minutes even though none of us were vaguely interested in buying. The guide was quite cross that none of us were buying. Personally we would rather have spent more time at the sites, that sitting in showrooms. Finally although the guidebooks say tipping is not customary in China, our guide was quite forceful in asking for tips for herself and the driver. The tension around shopping and tipping really wasn't pleasant...

My wife and I are first time travellers to this side of the world and were a little nervous about finding our way around such a big city like Beijing. The tour made that all simple for us and we were delighted with the commentary given over the two days. It was wonderful to hear about the history of all the sights we visited and to not have to worry about getting lost. Our tour guide Casi went out of her way to make this a memorable trip and we would most definitely recommend it to anyone considering it. The cost was great value for money with almost all activities paid for. The only down side for us was the sheer number of people at the Great Wall which did spoil the experience a little...

It was a fantastic tour and I highly recommend using China Tours Net for all the sightseeing in China. Our tour guide, David was amazing and so accomodating and pleasant. He was so prompt and extremely helpful to everyone. Additionally, the driver too was very accomodating to all the passengers. I communicated with Decy at China Tours and Decy was always quick in her response and also made the booking easy. I love dealing with everyone at China Tours and will recommend it to all my friends and family. I also book my tour in Xian and our guide Eva was also excellent. She was so sweet! Overall, I was very happy I booked with China Tours...

I think overall the tour was good and you get what you pay for. I booked the tour since it was one of the cheapest that I saw online with some good reviews. I thought the tour guides were nice, but there wasn't much information given about each site that was visited and at some sites you were rushed through which I did not like. I think going to the shopping spots was annoying but once again since it's a cheap tour so it's to be expected and if you want to skip the shopping then choosing the private torus is the best option although it is a lot more money. Overall I think the tour was fine but I would have preferred more info about each site that was visited...

Our tour and tour guide were great! Our tour guide Will did an amazing job answering questions and catering our tour to the guests. He gave great recommendations and is very knowledgeable about all things Beijing and China. Will's English is very clear and easy to understand, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend the two day tour around Beijing with Will!..

I liked the tour a lot with a couple of remarks though. First day with a city tour for all the fantastic sights in Beijing. Second day - Ming tombs and the Great Wall. We were only three people the first day in a comfortable little bus with driver and guide. Everything was worthwhile visiting. We had a nice lunch, but would have hoped for a more enthusiastic and charming guide. The travelling company from Greece was very nice which increased the experience of the day. Second day started with 30 min. delay, even though I was the first to be picked up 7.10. I had to call the guide and wonder where they were after 30 minutes waiting. All was good this day; sights, company and lunch. Except for the drivers ruthless driving up-hill towards the Great Wall, we rolled around the bus due to very high speed in all bends. The guide for today was charm as yesterday, but the windscreen instead and did not answer. Recommendation: everything, but the guide were excellent, train them to be nicer, charming and to understand that they are there for their customers...

My daughter and I booked the bus tour for the two days. It was excellent. The bus was very comfortable, spacious and air conditioned. Our guide Will was really good. He chatted with us all, took the time to learn something about us and he was very knowledgeable about all the sites and history of China. He gave us lots of interesting information. My daughter and I learned a lot. The sites we went to were the main ones of Beijing when you only have a few days. The structure of each day was well organised and not rushed. We had plenty of time to see everything we went to. The inclusive lunches on both days were delicious and there was plenty of food. Communication from the time i booked to the morning pick up each day was excellent. Both the office and Will were very helpful. We got a text the first morning just to say the bus was going to be a couple of minutes late. Now that is great service. Will kept us informed of the daily schedule and was very accommodating to individual guest needs. We had a fabulous couple of days with ChinaTour.Net. The two day package was excellent value. I had researched a few tour companies and I am so happy we chose this one. We were very fortunate to have two beautiful clear blue sky days. We have wonderful photos and everlasting memories!! My only suggestion is that you mention in the tour information on the website that there are side tours also, to the main attractions listed. I am referring to the Jade shop, Silk Showroom and Pearl Showroom in these two days. While we thoroughly enjoyed these stops and learnt something from all of them and nearly bought something from all of them it would have been good to know in advance that these were included. I can understand that these can vary because of different opportunities presented to your company but some mention of them would be useful. Thank you Will and to staff at ChinaTour.Net for making our China experience an excellent one...

The private tour was brilliant. If you only have a couple of days in Beijing then it is a great way to cram a lot of the key sites in. Cathy the guide was brilliant, knowledgable and very friendly and helpful. The car was lovely and cool! Many thanks..
