On the 1st day a guide just forgot to inform me on time/point of departure, so I found myself out of game (even though I fully pre-paid the tour). The 2nd day was just perfect...
The tour service has been very regular. The main aspects for which we hired the tour were not covered by the following. - We had reserved the visit to the Badaling part of the great wall and without previous notice, they changed us to visit the other one. -The second day they did not pick us up at the hotel, they just sent us an email saying that we had to go to a hotel in the center and that they would take us from there. They did not include any solution or the payment of the transfer. It was almost impossible to get a taxi and the only solution they gave me was to take a bus or cancel the tour. If one hires this service it is to not go through this stressful situation, since one does not handle the language and it is a difficult city to mobilize. The contact with the guide to find a solution was very bad, their answers have been very rude and nobody else gave an answer. -Other people on the tour had modified the excursion days and had promised to leave them at the airport. They did not comply with this and left them at the metro station to go on their own. -Regarding the visit to the massages center, they say that the tip is optional but once there the payment of 20 yuan is mandatory. The service has been very regular and the experience quite bad. If you hire these services, it is because you expect them to comply and be able to relax and enjoy the holidays. The last thing you expect is that as a solution they tell you that they are going to cancel the tour...
The second day our lunch didn't enough for ten person. I think you have avaliable better the restaurante. We stayed more time in the shopping than in the tourist points..

Day one fantastic scenery but poor guide and lunch. Day two everything very good. We didn't realise that you use different travel agents for different days. We hope to be with the same people on day 2 that we were with on day one...
WE enjoyed our 2 day tour of Beijing and the 'Great Wall'. The tour was well organised, Tina our guide spoke very good English giving good information and history of each place we visited . Would recommend China Tours to any one visiting China. Would be happy to do it all again!!..
We requested a spanish speaking guide and it was very hard to understand her, because her pronuntation was very deficient. Also, we didn't receive complete information of the places we visited. Most of the time, she was 20 mt. ahead of us so we couldn't ask her what we wanted to know and sometimes, if she was close enough, she didn't know what to answer. In other cities, with the other tour operators, all the tour guides were much much better...
The tour was good. I could met different people around the world. Guide Daniel was really nice explaining the detais. We missed some attractions due ti the high traffic, but overall experience was good...
unfortunately we got picked up the first day then the company refused to pick us up from our hotel the following day as "we were too far away from downtown area" even though our hotel was clearly in the area there website says theyl pick up from (just beside jinsong station) ... we ended up finding the rest of the activities ourselves and saved a whole bunch of money so it worked out just required maybe a couple of hours getting lost on the train..
Had a bit of mix up with our tour arrangements but they were able to still accomodate our group. Our group was very small, there was just 5 of us. They used a van for transport. Our guide was very cheerful, helpful. Our driver was very skilled going through the heavy Beijing traffic. Our guide made all efforts that everything in the itinerary was visited. Only comment is that we had to take a taxi from our hotel which was apparently away from the center to their hotel pick up and back. Lunch was at 1430 which was okay but we started at 7 am with no breakfast (our hotel serves breakfast at 6.30..travel time from our hotel to hotel pick up was 7, so there was no time to eat)...
We had an amazing tour. Especially the first day to The forbidden city, The temple of Heaven.... Our guide David was very nice and explained everything. Well organized. If you are in Beijing then I strongly recommend to book a tour via ChinaTour.Net. Great tour. Had a lot of fun...
Unable to connect or speak directly with the office to confirm pick up and drop off from the airport and hotel, had to get a taxi since I was unable to connect with tour guide. Even when speaking to guide day prior they were of no assistance. Even though I booked months in advance notice would be give the day before for pick up and time, very adhoc. Also the tour was rushed and wasn't able to enjoy the sites and didn't like all the pit stops at local shops, some that weren't listed on the tour, guides would would be ahead of the group 30 yards or so from the group..
On Day 2 we had David as our guide, he is the most positive person I have ever met. The weather was terrible but with his contagious optimism he made me forget and forgive the bad weather, and surprisingly had an enjoyable day. Perfect score for David’s professionalism 给你点个赞..
