This 2-day tour departs from Guangzhou and take high-speed train to Guilin and visit the essence of Guilin, such as the Li River cruise, Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk Hill, Yangshuo and etc.
Make your own way to Guangzhou South Railway Station in the morning. Take high-speed train from Guangzhou to Guilin. We will book the round trip tickets between Guangzhou and Guilin for you in advance. We usually arrange morning trains, departing during 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. . Details of the ticket will be confirmed after booking is finished.
It takes about more than 2 hours to arrive at Guilin station from Guangzhou. Upon your arrival at Guilin, our local guide will pick you up at the exit of the train station, holding a sign with your name on it.
Lunch is not included. You can ask our tour guide for advice, and the guide will accompany you to the restaurant and help you to order the dishes.
You will visit Reed Flute Cave and Elephant Trunk Hill in the afternoon.
Reed Flute Cave, known as "the Palace of Natural Arts", which holds a great number of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites in different shapes. Then go sightseeing at Elephant Trunk Hill - the landmark of Guilin. The hill looks like a giant elephant drinking water from the river with its long trunk.
After the tour, you will be transferred to your downtown hotel.

Pick you up from your hotel in the morning and transfer you to the pier for Li River cruise to Yangshuo.
It takes about 1 hour to drive to Li River pier from downtown. The boarding time is scheduled around 9:30 am, and the whole journey takes about 4 hours. Embark and enjoy your Li River cruise to Yangshuo. Li River is the highlight of Guilin tour, and whoever come to this city will be impressed by its natural beauty. The landscape is decorated with rolling hills, steep cliffs, fantastic caves, leisurely boats and is lined with bamboo. The water reflect the mountain and the sky, forming a picturesque scenery.
A lunch box is offered on board by the cruise company.
Disembark at Yangshuo (Longtoushan pier) in the afternoon (1:30-2:00pm). Have a short exploration of the old town. Yangshuo West Street is a place where you will find a lot of unique shops selling traditional handcrafts, hand-made scarfs, snacks of local flavor etc.
After the tour, transfer to the train station for your high-speed train back to Guangzhou. That's the end of the tour.
