Review of 3 Days (2 Nights) Xian Tour + Hotel Package by Susan

The guide and driver were really punctual and it was great to be picked up from the airport. They were both very friendly and courteous although my guide\'s english was a little too basic for me to ask her any detailed questions, and I did not understand some of her responses. They followed the itinerary and it was great to see the Terracotta Army and other sites. Due to a local demonstration some of the sites on the itinerary were closed. There were some big time gaps between scheduled visits abut my guide did not offer any suggestions on what I might do in my free time. I did ask at one point and was advised to get a bus to the shops. I also had to ask about the Tang Dynasty show, my guide was not keen initially for me to book the dinner but then changed her mind and I did go - I really enjoyed it. In short, ChinaTour.Net\'s pre-travel support was excellent, my guide and driver were punctual and pleasant, but I felt that my guide was a little inexperienced and her english was a barrier.
