Vraiment très bien , guide parfait , nous avons adoré
Simon was a very polite, professional guide and spoke English very well as well as being very knowledgeable about the history of X'ian. It was an unforgettable tour and the hotel accommodation and transport and transfers were impeccable!..
Beautiful city ! Very friendly tour guide with Jason. He is one of a kind ! Thank you very much !..
The guide and driver were really punctual and it was great to be picked up from the airport. They were both very friendly and courteous although my guide\'s english was a little too basic for me to ask her any detailed questions, and I did not understand some of her responses. They followed the itinerary and it was great to see the Terracotta Army and other sites. Due to a local demonstration some of the sites on the itinerary were closed. There were some big time gaps between scheduled visits abut my guide did not offer any suggestions on what I might do in my free time. I did ask at one point and was advised to get a bus to the shops. I also had to ask about the Tang Dynasty show, my guide was not keen initially for me to book the dinner but then changed her mind and I did go - I really enjoyed it. In short, ChinaTour.Net\'s pre-travel support was excellent, my guide and driver were punctual and pleasant, but I felt that my guide was a little inexperienced and her english was a barrier...
This was fantastic! We stayed at the 3 star hotel. It was nice enough. In a good area close to big name shops and an underground shopping mall. The actual tour was amazing. Our guide, Lily, was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. When we wanted to know where to go shopping and how to get there on our time off, she offered to go there with us incase we had a hard time finding it. I highly recommend this tour. We were able to see and do things that we wouldn't have been able to do without this guided format. We were even able to have vegetarian meals at all the restaurants we went to. I loved it!..
The hotel and tour were excellent. Xian is a very interesting city with some remarkable history. I would like to thank my guide, Mary, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend chinatour.net to my friends and family...
Hi Tony, We just returned from our Xian trip (Aug 22 to 25) and wanted to thank you for arranging this wonderful trip for us. The tour guide you arranged for us, Alex Li from Everbright Travel made our trip really memorable. He was very knowledgeable, personable and kind. Alex climbed Mt. Hua with us which from my experience, most tour guides don't do that. Alex was quick to attend to any request we asked for. He went above and beyond his call of duty. With his help with meals and other sight seeing places, it made us feel like we are at home and not in a foreign city. The driver was also very nice, patient and courteous and drives safely. We are very lucky to have Alex and the driver to accompany us for 4 days. They are truly an asset to the company. Please let them know our appreciation. Thanks & Regards, Oilan..
Your guide was very good in helping me understand some of China History Thank you Wayne..
