We just returned from our Xian trip (Aug 22 to 25) and wanted to thank you for
arranging this wonderful trip for us. The tour guide you arranged for us, Alex Li
from Everbright Travel made our trip really memorable. He was very knowledgeable,
personable and kind. Alex climbed Mt. Hua with us which from my experience, most
tour guides don't do that. Alex was quick to attend to any request we asked for.
He went above and beyond his call of duty. With his help with meals and other
sight seeing places, it made us feel like we are at home and not in a foreign
city. The driver was also very nice, patient and courteous and drives safely. We
are very lucky to have Alex and the driver to accompany us for 4 days. They are
truly an asset to the company. Please let them know our appreciation.
