Had a great trip to China (Beijing, Xian, Shanghai), April 2019. The ChinaTour.net office was helpful answering questions and providing information needed before the tour. The tour guides where knowledgeable and friendly. Nice selection of landmarks and cultural experiences were included on the tours. The hotels were great and close walking distance to interesting sites. Would not hesitate to use ChinaTour.net again...

We have just returned from our 8 days Beijing-xian-shanghai group tour, and we plus Hangzhou in the trip, and we must say that we have had a highly enjoyable tour experience overall. Five of us went on three group tours with chinatour.net which we booked online from Australia. We visited Terracotta warrior tour, Forbidden City tour and the Mutianyu Great Wall which are most popular place for every traveler in China. Our guides were Kathy, Anna and Jimmy respectively. What a lot of information we were given about the attractions and they were friendly as well. Lunches were good and the two factory visits per tour were compulsory. This is a very good and valued journey with chinatour.net. By the way, the buses were clean and comfortable and there were few others. We will tell our friends and family about this company for their Chinese tour in the future...
Very good communication, it was a good tour and everything was organised well, on the internal Chinese flights no vegan food was ordered, but overall very happy with the tour..
A very interesting and varied tour itinerary. All drivers and guides were friendly, polite and on time. Pick ups and drop offs at the airports and at hotels were very well organised. The guides explained the history of the venues in good English; however their delivery can be enhanced by providing them with better microphone facilities in the touring bus especially when travelling through noisy neighbourhoods or bumpy roads. The tour bus also needs upgrading. A thoroughly enjoyable tour if one’s time is restricted but want to cover the major historical places in Beijing, Xian & Shanghai...
Almost everything was really good, hotels are very good located, everything worked on time, sightseeings were very complete, and the tour guides, Lina in Xian and Bella in Shanghái were excellent, their knowledge and attitude were fantastic. The only thing that was really bad was the tour guide in Beijing, Edward Yu, he seemed to be in a hurry to finishing every day, when we asked him any questiion, he would answered with monosyllable words, the last day day he didn´t even went to the airport with us as Lina and Bella did. It is sad to realice the huge difference between a good customer service as Lina and Bella provided and the indifferent attitude Edward had. Knowing the importance a tour guide has, I would suggest you to have a talk with Edward in order to enlight him about the image he gives to the tourists about chineese people...
