We had booked a private trip to Beijing, Xi'an and Shanghai by train and it has been a great trip. This is definitely not the last time we travel with China Tour. The information was good from the start and if I had questions I wrote to the main office and they replied shortly. I would definitely recommend China Tour. If you have the courage then travel by train. You will see a lot of China. The privat tour means that we was 4 person in the car (the driver, the guide, my husband and me)...
Thank You ChinaTour.Net. I returned together with my wife some days ago from China. Trip was prepared and organized by China Tour. That was great! All! The guides, transportation, accommodation, trains, knowledge about the historical places. And the price of course was normal. Tourist companies could learn of them. I recommend this trip and only with China tour! I try repeat the trip to China to other places. I would like to add some photos with the tour guides. We had a wonderful experience of leisure travel in China - Thanks to ChinaTour.net! Every thing they promised was provided as promised. No hidden costs, every thing crystal clear! Hotels in Beijing (Howard Johnson)and Shanghai (Holiday Inn) were excellent, cars were good and the drivers and tour guides were very helpful. The drivers did not know any english, but knew exactly what we may need and when! The tour guide in Beijing, Martina, was excellent - getting things arranged in minutes - we did not have to wait anywhere. She even lent us local currency for the night after we spent everything we had on shopping! The hotel in Xian (Skytel) was slightly below expectation, and a minor goof up in Shanghai - we were not told from which out of the four exits of the railway station should we come out and no one answered the phone (Sunday morning) from the agency so we had to finally take a taxi to the hotel, to finally find that we were not booked in this hotel. However, the agency could be contacted in about an hour and we were taken care of after that! I would recommend anyone visiting China to take Chinatour. net package Mr Wang who was coordinating our tour had been very helpful in making all arrangements even buying train tickets out of their packaged program...
My sister and I enjoyed our trip to China. We found that our tour guides in the three cities varied greatly in quality. Our guide is Beijing was great, the one in Xi'an was OK and the one in Shanghai was pretty dull. We were also a little unimpressed because a few of the meals that were supposed to be included were not and a few places that we were supposed to see we weren't shown. Overall it was a good trip, but we wouldn't recommend our last tour guide and would ask for a more solid itinerary...

I just returned from your 8 day Train Tour of China (Beijing/Xi'an/Shanghai) and had a wonderful time! The tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable about their cities, the transportation worked just right, and the hotels were first class. We were met at the terminals by the guides and the activities ran very well. The meals we had were well presented and plentiful. (and delicious) I will certainly recommend your organization to friends who want to travel to China...
Our guides throughout were very good and we enjoyed their company. We enjoyed all the beauties that China has to offer and we are sure there is more left to explore. The food and the sights were fantastic...
