Lousy service.... 1. Prices changes twice within 2 days 2. Respond takes more than 1 day. Often have to send reminder for respond 3. Finally got through request for official receipt was ignored Will not use them again!..

After booking a bussiness class seat there was no confirmation for over 12 hours. Then only after calling, they inform me the price is increased (a lot..) then I asked them to book economy. Finally I noticed on the credit card receipt the costs for the economy seat was even higher then the original business class seat.. Thank you very much for such poor action...
