Your train service was excellent and efficient. the plane reservation I made for 5/9 from Lijiang to Lhasa I had to cancel. By mistake I made the same reservation thru Gotogate . they refunded me $161 . you never gave me any refund and didn't even reply to my asking if I can get a regund. Very disappointing.
