Your train service was excellent and efficient. the plane reservation I made for 5/9 from Lijiang to Lhasa I had to cancel. By mistake I made the same reservation thru Gotogate . they refunded me $161 . you never gave me any refund and didn't even reply to my asking if I can get a regund. Very disappointing. My next visit to China I will consider staying with Gotogate...

The last trip from Qingdao to Beijing changed and at the end, we could not use your ticket and need to buy a new ticket so where is our refund. Please refund if possible. we are again booking through you PEK to RIZ on 17 Sept. two people, depart at 09.45 to Riz. For train reservations, we were a group of 6 but could not book for the whole group. We had to split 4+2, resulting in being in different cars.
