So I booked a ticket at 1AM for a 5pm flight through China tour. They got back to me 9 hours later saying I must pay extra because the price of the flight went up. It's quite pricey because I once again had to unnecessary conversion fees quick could have been avoided if they were on time. I tried uploading the screenshots but the file type is not allowed. First booking didnt go well, both me and my friend received booking rejection with advice to do another booking, but then same flight became way more expencive. We repeted booking on next day and it went through. Nevertheless ammont charged was 201.74$ while final charge should be 186$ including agency fees and 5% international credit card. When asked about reason for extra 15$ I recived answer that should let my bank to contact your bank refund the exchange rate difference fee. That is hardly possible to have happened, that bank had different exchange rate, cause I received charge in US$, nit in different currency. I beleive I was charged extra 15$ just for nothing...
the service is good, how ever the price quoted was USD 240 final payment with all the charges was USD 289. There was no mentioning of charges. IT has to be transparent. deceiving pricing should be avoided...
