Do not use Chinatours to arrange TOURS: My family and I have booked a driver, deluxe car and a guide for a trip to Huashen mountain. The trip was a total failure and waste of money, ChinaTours has not offered any support. BEFORE we booked the trip we asked if this 9 hour trip would make it possible to hike the peaks of the mountain AND do the wooden plank. ChinaTours agreed. WHEN we were ready to be picked up from the hotel. NO one arrived OR informed us. When we ourselves contacted ChinaTours they told us it was a mistake and offered us the trip next day. The next day AFTER we arrived at the food of the mountain we were told we could not expect to be at the mountain more than 1-2 HOURS, we could NOT hike the peaks NOR do the plank due to waiting times and many people. We than cancelled the trip even before we got on the mountain. ChinaTours did not understand. WHY? We PURCHASED a trip with minimum 4 hours hike and possibility to do the plank in a 9 hours trip. ChinaTours SOLD us a trip 2 1-2 HOURS hiking and 4 hours waiting times AND DID INFORM UPFRONT about this. Chinatours do not reply to my e mails now asking for compensation..
Desde China Tour nos pidieron que instalásemos la aplicación en el móvil para recibir información sobre el estado de nuestro vuelo. La instalamos pero no sirvió para nada. El vuelo se retrasó un día, todos los clientes chinos tenían su información y nosotros, habiendo pagado más que nadie, no teníamos nada ni nadie de la compañía que hablara en inglés y nos pudiera ayudar. Después de mucho rato, conseguimos que nos llevaran a un hotel. Ni siquiera conseguí que la compañía me facilitara una hoja de reclamaciones. Perdimos la reserva de hotel que teníamos en Hong Kong, lugar al que pensábamos trasladarnos nada más llegar a Cantón. Cuando avisaron por el panel que el vuelo salía a las 18,10, reservamos hotel en Cantón para pasar la noche, y también perdimos esa reserva porque no despegamos hasta el día siguiente por la mañana. ¿Quieren saber mi valoración el servicio? Pues fue un desastre, y lo mismo les digo sobre la relación calidad precio. Ni siquiera pude reclamar a la compañía el importe de las dos reservas hoteleras que perdí. ¿HOJA DE RECLAMACIONES? Me temo que les sueña a chino..
