Very convenient for a China outsider (from Belgium). Easy searching and booking and paying for a flight inside China (Nanning to Haikou). I could pay online with Paypal or my Mastercard. Using a non-Chinese credit card is not obvious in China. Explanation how to get the ticket is very clear. Everything was trouble-free, fast and fully perfect. THANKS!!..
For the past 3 years, I used chinaTour.net, to purchase air line tickets, I got good and fast response from the travel agency, however, I was very disappointed recently because China Tour.net failed to inform me about a flight cancellation. I found out as my sister had booked the same flight and China Eastern Airline had contacted her, to offer her an earlier flight, due to the original flight being cancelled. I would have arrived at the airport and found out that the flight was cancelled. Even if I was offered alternative flight, it would have ruined my travel plan. I had to take the initiative to contact China Tour.net and was then rebooked to an earlier flight. This incident has put me off using your service again..
Die Reisevorbereitungen waren zuerst etwas kompliziert und die Betreuung durch das Reisebüro "holperig" bis sich Hr. Bornholdt der Sache angenommen hat. Die Reiseleiterin war absolute spitze! Souverän, fürsorglich, kompetent und witzig hat sie uns durchs Land geführt. Dabei ging ihr Einsatz auch mal über das erforderliche Mass hinaus. Für die Ausschreibung der Reise empfehle ich dringend, den Schwierigkeitsgrad anzugeben! Sobald ältere Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen dabei sind, muss die Ausgestaltung der Reise angepasst werden. Durch die hohe Feinstaubbelastung in grossen chinesischen Städten sind die Touren ohnehin für alle anstrengender. Wenn in Stuttgart mit hoher Feinstaubbelastung geraten wird, sich keinen anstrengenden körperlichen Tätigkeiten auszusetzen, müsste dies in Peking mit höherer Belastung erst recht der Fall sein. Oder zumindest entsprechend deklariert sein. Es ist der Umsicht unserer Reiseleiterin zu verdanken, dass bei unserer Reise alles gut gelaufen ist...

It was suppose to be to cheaper than ticket office, 3 day before my departure . But the most confusing things it was 35 USD extra money after receiving confirmation of reservation. I sent email but there answer was quite weird. My advice buy your ticket in ticket office you will not be surprised...
After paying the amount of ticket i received anther email to pay extra money because for a reason i don't know. The same day in ticket office it was cheaper than onl your website...
