My experience with Xiamen Air in Shanghai was not professional as I had to make numerous calls to different offices and people to get a change in my ticket ..I was given telephone numbers that had no meaning and sent me in circles ..People seemed to be scared to take the initiative to make things happen. Spent over 3 hours over several days trying to make a ticket change....
When i booked a ticket from Beijing to Lhasa and paid for it, they enailed me saying that tjey couldnt get it done and that I would get a full refund. It has been over a month and countless of unanswered emails and I still haven't gotten that refund back. Prior to that, I found it very difficult to communicate with anyone. On the plus side, the ONLY thing that workes out was the plane ticket from Lhasa to Chongqing but I think they outsourced that to a different country. I am still waiting for my full refund. It was a large sum of money...
