It was amazing, I bought the tickets from Colombia and my flight on USA had a problem because of a heavy snow storm and when I got to Pekin I had lost the flight but I went to the counter and the airline helped me so much and put me in the next flight. China tour has a really good name there and all the flights were excelent...

I needed to call the office after not recieving any reply from my emails to check the outcome of the cancellation of flight. Though the lady attended to me was courtesous and tried to be helpful, she was not very sure of her work and she had to called me back few times to say the same thing.
