1.Confirmation time is too long!. This is 21st century, no one has time to wait for 24 hours. Most websites outside China take only 5 to 15 minutes only. 2. Maximum number of passengers should be at least 6 or 7. Customer Service very slow and do not understand English..
Amount charged is higher than rate quoted. Difficult to contact them for changes and response was so slow that event was over when received the reply...
Rescheduling my flight was a nightmare. Although flights are cheap, rebooking is expensive. Also, my credit card was initially charged the rebooking fee twice. That was after I didn't get a response for almost 24 hours after putting in my rebooking request. Overall, great website to get cheap tickets, but not a fun or cheap rebooking process...

All in all its a good and efficient service. Flights and Hotels reservation were made extremely quick. Concerning train tickets it was quite long and complicated. Instead of easy delivering there were a lot of emails with new questions and it was kind of a never ending story and in the end I had to call and remind them that they finally should issue my tickets...
