ticket service was great , but the airlines lost my luggage and i missed my connecting flight had ti pay top dollar for the next flight..

1.Confirmation time is too long!. This is 21st century, no one has time to wait for 24 hours. Most websites outside China take only 5 to 15 minutes only. 2. Maximum number of passengers should be at least 6 or 7. Customer Service very slow and do not understand English..
Amount charged is higher than rate quoted. Difficult to contact them for changes and response was so slow that event was over when received the reply...
