Rescheduling my flight was a nightmare. Although flights are cheap, rebooking is expensive. Also, my credit card was initially charged the rebooking fee twice. That was after I didn't get a response for almost 24 hours after putting in my rebooking request. Overall, great website to get cheap tickets, but not a fun or cheap rebooking process...

poor customer service, complicated process to print ticket or boarding-pass... lack of communication..
All in all its a good and efficient service. Flights and Hotels reservation were made extremely quick. Concerning train tickets it was quite long and complicated. Instead of easy delivering there were a lot of emails with new questions and it was kind of a never ending story and in the end I had to call and remind them that they finally should issue my tickets...
I,m not satisfied with this company. I paid for the train tickets and there was no tickets . Also my flight was cancelled and they don,t give me that information...
