Had great services till now, even when I was need to change it just a few hours before the planed travel would start, all worked well. The only thing that wasn't so perfect for me is that the system need to check the bookings by itself first, so it can happen sometimes that your booking still is in process and the last place was buyed by someone more quicker - but that is for last minute things and bookings that aren't payed with creditcard, so I wouldn't give it a point less here...
I booked a number of flights within China through ChinaTour.net. The website was extremely easy to use, the prices offered were very competitive and the customer service was prompt and helpful. Two of our booked flights were delayed significantly and the ChinaTour.net customer service representatives were very helpful in offering to rebook us on another airline in the case of the first flight and in obtaining a refund on our behalf from the airline in respect of the second flight. I would use this service again...
