I have used Chinatour for quite some time now and I am very impressed with their fast, efficient service. They even work on Sundays and into the evenings to ensure that bookings are carried out. How I wish that Chinatour have a 24 hour service desk, now that flights in China are usually delayed or cancelled at the last minute (no fault of Chinatour, generally fault of airlines and airports), and most airports now operate on a 24 hour basis. Still, I will not hesitate to recommend Chinatour to my friends and colleagues...

I booked flight from Shanghai to Wenzhou by China Eastern, everything was fine I booked Wenzhou to Shenzhen....everything fine except a very long delay for technical reason, in Wenzhou airport nobody wrote reason of delay in english and it was quite long to wait for plane departure, the flight was operated by Hainan Airlines I booked Shenzhen to Shanghai and flight was perfectly in time and good service on board, it was China Eastern flight..

My flights were on time. My bags were handled with care. One flight did not populate to the departure board until the last minute but that may be the airports fault not the airlines. I paid a very reasonable price so I will give this airlines benefit in doubt... 5 stars.....

This is a user friendly web site to buy airplane tickets. I had no prodlem with my flights. Only issue I wanted to see some improvement is ticket numbers. After reservation I did not get ticket numbers so I could not online check in...
