Great tour ip to the Wall. Hiring a driver was the most efficient ways to get up and bacK. Our driver Bruce was informative, polite, on time and spoke very good english which made the journey ip snd back even more informative. Booked car to Airport- the car did not show up, I called Company no answer. I emailed Company, I was told I would receive refund, 9 days later still no refunded, emailed Company to follow up on refund no response from Company. Very disappointing..

The driver was waiting for us at arrivals, the name sign was clear, the car was new, very clean and the trunk was spacious even though we only had 1 normal-sized piece of luggage and a small hand trolley. The driver didn't speak English but he already had all the information about our hotel. The price paid was in accordance with the good service received...

All perfect, really to recommend. We had some problems in the beginning since I had arrived earlier than expected. But this was handled very well. I called them and there was a nice lady speaking Englisch very well and she organized the driver to pick me up. Just as a remark, there is an entrance fee for the Great Wall of 180 CNY...
It was a wonderful experience. The driver was precisely on time to take us up at the hotel and we had four hours to spend at the Great Wall, while the driver was waiting for us. It was a good driver, but he was driving very fast, overtaking other cars left and right. We would certainly recommend ChinaTour.net, especially if the drivers could slow down a little bit...
