Booked train tickets through the web site. Got quick confirmation, along with the reservation number, which I presented in the train station to be printed. I had several booking with several reservation numbers, they were all printed together at the first station, so we didn't have to wait in line each time. Very convinient, highly recommended!..

should remind to get a ticket an hour in advanced before get on the train enough, 2 hours seem spending too much time. At Ningbo station should have some shop/outlet that can buy drink because cannot buy from vending machine (phone scan)...
Très facile, même en ne parlant pas chinois : le petit papier avec texte en chinois référence + passeport présenté au guichet et on vous donne votre billet. Nous avons pris une couchette molle de luxe impeccable avec WC et lavabo dans la cabine a 2. Attention toutefois pas de wagon restaurant il faut apporter son dîner, nouilles chinoises par exemple (eau chaude buvable a disposition)..
