It was really easy to book tickets online. The only downside was picking them up. It took ages to just wait in line. Maybe that's not your fault but I didn't realise that I had to wait in line so I ended up buying another ticket when I arrived too soon. Had to get a replacement ticket which they did for free, thankfully...
Didn't book my ticket despite sending the request weeks in advance. Then did not reply to my emails and only exchange my paid first class ticket for a second class ticket on another train when I got my wife to call them in China...

Ordered tickets online. Went to the train station and was told that the train was cancelled. Chinatour.net never notified us and didn't help us re-book tickets. They still have not refunded the tickets...
We booked two train tickets through Chinatour. One booking went completely well. But another booking was seemingly arranged, however we had to mail to get this confirmation. After that we got a mail saying our kind ticket was not available anymore and we had to switch to hard seats. We got the diffenece in price reimbursed and we got an alternative offered, however this alternative was of less quality. Nonetheless, there were no further troubles. The tickets were arranged and I would like to stress that Chinatour’s employees handled the arrangements correctly and delivered them well...
booked tickets for 3 trips: 1 was confirmed, received e-ticket. 1 was cancelled by chinatour (couldn’t deliver), refund was made, and 1 cancelled by myself because there was no e-ticket within 30 days limit. still waiting for refund...
I bought my train ticket and after a month I was told it wasn’t available. On the email I was just giving an option of hard sleep not soft sleep as I had chosen and paid. After chasing the company by messenger,email,calls and whastup I was offered soft sleep in another train, this time the journey would be 28h instead of 18h as I previously booked. Any way, I got to China and was told about another website that sells tickets too. There were many trains and lots of options I didn’t needed to be putted in a 28h train journey to Beijing. I bought another ticket, lost the one a had and wasn’t refunded. Your company only gave me 2 option, 18h hard sleep and 28h soft sleep. I was extremely disappointed to find out that there were trains for 9h which was never an option...

The ticket counter requires an eticket confirmation number in order to collect the actual ticket. It will be nice to have this number printed on the invoice. Otherwise the customer cannot access this number without wifi...
