De Monterrey, México. Primera vez que usamos trenes para viajar (pues en México sólo existe el Chepe) yy China Tour gestiona la compra de tus boletos con la compañía nacional de trenes en China. Excelente servicio de compra de boletos de trenes. En este y cualquier sitio te confirman exactamente un mes antes, aunque los compres dos meses antes. Te envían instrucciones en inglés y en chino sólo para que lo imprimas y las muestres en la estación de trenes y listo. Te envían una clave de reserva y con esa clave y tu pasaporte te imprimen los boletos en la estación. Recomendable llegar mínimo una hora antes a la estación, pues te tardas en ubicar la impresión de tus boletos, luego hay fila de unos 15 minutos para imprimir y luego el security checkpoint de otros 15 minutos...

Is cheaper to buy the tickets at the train station to save all the extra charges ie, credit card fee, ticket delivery fee etc...

Really bad service and experience: the segretary called me 4 times even at 11 pm, to ask my private information(how I will get to the train station, my job, my address, if I know somebody else), they persuade me for these information without any authorization. You are just a TRAVALLING AGENCY!!! What do you care about my personal information?? Never I will buy any ticket ever from this distressing company...

The train tickets were booked and delivered, but we had issues with the phone sim cards. They didn't get delivered to our first hotel, and when we finally got them, it took a lot of correspondence before they worked. In fact, the card to unlock Facebook and Google never did work. However, we would use Chinatour.net again. We were very pleased with the quick email replies...
