Booking flights and train tickets are good. But since they couldn’t book business class train tickets for us, and only second class, they promised to refund us. It took about a month and numerous email exchanges to get the refund. One of the emails described the refund ( which the company promised when they downgraded my tickets) as ‘ does not make sense’. I asked ‘ what does not make sense’ They need to improve on this aspect to reach world standard...

Overall very satisfied with the train booking service. Payment with VISA credit card did not work. I was immediately contacted via e-mail and SMS with notification about the payment issue. I changed payment to Paypal and it worked. I was very pleased that someone was personally taking care of my case even though it was on Saturday. On the downside I was trying to book a soft sleeper ticket for a night train - even though I attempted to make the reservation as early as possible (30 days before departure) the tickets were already sold out. ChinaTour immediately responded and offered hard sleeper tickets which I accepted. The overpayed price difference was promptly returned to my account. There was a problem with picking one of the tickets at the railway station - apparently the reservation number was incorrect so the person at the counter could not locate the ticket. Eventually the ticket was found with my passport number as reference...

Good service, when arrived to my hotel they inform me that ticket had not arrived send mail to send and very soon received answer that envelop was received by hotel several ago, with that I was able to clain at hotel, they have to give excuse for their problem...
with the voucher we got it was no problem at all to collect tickets at station. no waiting time !!..
El viaje Shanghai-Pekín/Pekín Shangai, fue excelente. Un poco de dificultad en encontrar las ventanillas para canjear los tikets online. Tanto en Shanghai como en Pekín (aquí fue mucho más complicado). Si me permiten una sugerencia, deberían indicar dónde están las ventanillas del canje te tikets online en cada estación. Pero mi valoración es Excelente...

The whole process was easier than I though. If you are picking up the ticket in Beijing go to the 1st floor and the info desk will direct you to the proper window. I had no problems picking it up...
