on in all, travelling with China Tour was perfect. If I may take this opportunity to ask a question. Due to misunderstanding of the time table , we missed the train going from Hong Kong to Guillin and hence we needed to buy new tickets. My question is whether you can re-embrace us the cost of the original tickets. We have traveled in China using your services and weer very satisfied from the punctuality and convenience. Excellent. It costs a bit more, but it is a nighmare to go to the station to buy tickets in China....and sometimes you cant get a fast train for days. We regret having only bought the first ticket in China with them....we should have bought them all in advance as it would have helped us a lot to organise things properly..
Good service but I had to enquire about my ticket - which was issued almost immediately..
