Excellent service from China Tours. Train tickets were waiting for us at our hotel on arrival. We took bullet train G12 from Shanghai to Beijing and the sleeper train back. Only small issue was that on our return from Beijing we arrived in at a different station!!..

I was delighted with the ease with which I was able to purchase our Bullet train tickets Shanghai to Beijing and our return tickets on sleeper train Beijing to Shanghai through ChinaTour.Net. They were waiting at our hotel in Shanghai for us on arrival. My only issue was that there are two stations called Shanghai Railway Station. WE left from the station behind our hotel and came back to a different one a good 20 minute taxi ride from it to our hotel!! Both stations look the same!! But it was easy once we arrived at both stations to get to our platform and carriage both ways. Thank you China Tour for making it so easy!..
A simple process to follow - tickets were delivered to our hotel 3 days before our travel. I would be happy, and confident, to use this company again...

Fast and easy booking system was convenient and impressive. However, heavy network traffic during booking is supposed to block a better service with respect to cancelation and refund. So I would like to give the rating of 4 stars...
Not so good I needed to remind after a week to send me the ticket and proove that I had pay for the ticket byuing showing copies of the tranfered money...
