Worst company ever. What a scam. They take your money and don’t book your tickets...
Very easy and quick service. Would like to be able to do multiple purchases, eg. Buy return tickets, in a single transaction. This should save on transaction fees...
The inability to contact the waiter is very worrying. It was uncomfortable to meet such a service for the first time!..
Due to a long weekend here in China, I decided to go to Beijing. For the way to Beijing, I booked a flight with Hainan Airlines and everything worked perfectly fine. In Leder so see something of China‘s landscape on the way back, I decided to go by high speed train which only takes around 5 hours. After some research in the internet I found ChinaTour.net and everything looked quite professional. As they also offered to send tickets directly to my hotel in Shanghai, I decided to go with them. On March 8th, I booked the G3 train and shortly after received a booking confirmation where the status was: train ticket delivery. I was very happy as the mail directly came from a customer service employee and didn’t think about the tickets for the next days. After one week, tickets still not arrived and I replied back to the confirmation mail (which was explicitly allowed in the confirmation mail)...no answer. Also the second and third try didn’t lead to any success. After another couple of days I directly called the customer service where they said they will send out the tickets today. After some days, tickets did not arrived and I called them again with the same result. This happened three times in total!!! Very unsatisfied, I replied again to the first confirmation mail...and this time got an actual answer. The women told me it was here fault and train tickets are still not sent out. This was on March 29th!!!!!! Even worse, tickets for the initially selected train were not available anymore and they offered me a slower train (+2 hours). Alternatively they offered me to refund the service fee for 50RMB (around 6€), however the price of the tickets was nearly 100€!!!! I was more than angry but still decided to go for the slower train. In the end, the tickets arrived on April 1st, just days before my flight to Beijing. If you consider buying train tickets in China, I would recommend to definitely avoid ChinaTour.net by any price. Customer service is more than bad and the overall process was more than horrible. Buy your ticket at the station or go for another online agency!!..
Please refund me the money. The time I booked you didn't gave me and I booked 3 months beforehand. If there is a 0 star I would have give it a zero..
Excellent service with tickets at hotel reception when we arrived for our onward travel...
The service was good and easy to use but there is no opportunity to say you prefer a window seat, for example. You just get what you get...
Great booking service - easy and efficient - and tickets obtained without any problems at the station..
Easy booking but very complicated and lengthy payment procedure. The app is not efficient..
Easy especially the printable page in chinese they supply that you hand to train ticket cashier. Paper advises to please print your tickets reference confirmation number, also on form. Done in moments, tickets in hand...
