Very disappointed since on 03/19/2025 I have purchased the wrong train tickets. Instead of Taizhou(台州), Zhejiang I booked ticket to Taizhou（泰州） in Jiangsu, as their English names are the same. I noticed this after half an hour and I cancelled three train tickets. I was promised by Ricky to get refund, but I am still waiting refund for the tickets, reservation number 269762...
