This was not a good booking. Planned to be on a 4.0 hr ride from Shanghai to Beijing. Never received tickets to hotel. Contacted them and they were sorry to say that it was over booked and we (my son and I) had to take an earlier train that took 6.5 hrs! I booked my tickets a month in advance and there was plenty of space!!! Very disappointed. I don't think they will make that mistake twice...
