It works very well, you have to show the print of your virtual ticket, with your passport, then they release the train tickets you have booked. Now I will use it everytime that I need a train ticket in China...

Very easy to purchase tickets. We were able to go the day before to pick up our tickets at the train station. This was very nice to be able to get ready and not be in a rush the day we left. Do your research and sit in the first class section. Very nice ride...
Though booking charges are on the higher side it is very convenient to book train tickets here for non-Chinese speaking people...
