First time I have problems with China Tour, they charged me monos that are not reflected in the reservations and although I had problems with my credit card because my bank blocked it since I did not know that transactions were going to be made abroad, the amounts of My card is greater than the charges that come out of the China Tour reservations and there are more charges than the amount of trips. Cancel several reservations as they indicated that there was a problem with the card but in the end I had no response from these charges. I was also rejected by a tiket bought on the page for being a person of Taiwanese origin and that could not be bought online and canceled two flights that have not returned the money and we had to buy new tickets...
Very comfortable train ride. Took a few days to receive my confirmation number (which made me a little nervous), but other than that everything went awesome! Highly recommend as the 2nd class is definitely more comfortable than a standard flight ticket! Note: I picked up my ticket after and not before the security check at the train station..

The train service is really fantastic but the booking is great but it is the time it takes to pick up your tickets is really disappointing..

There is a problem if you want to change something in your ticket you can not pay cash or Western credit card in the ticket office..
