The only reason I did not give 5 Stars is that I never received a confirmation email with the actual ticket to print or pick-up at the station...

i had to buy a new ticket at the station just because a mispelling mistake. I don´t think is fair. Be careful when you filling the booking form, the names must be exactly the same as on your passport, or you will have trouble to get the tickets at train station...
