Initially you should send your time in long line to the ticket office to get hard ticket. After that you should find English speaking local guys with special Railway application and ask them to scan your QR code, to know your car and seat number. Anyway, thanks indeed for cooperation!..
Never had reply on my notice and just canceled reservation wothout notice so I could not take train on that day!!!!!..
Booking was easy! Would recommend booking early in advance though... as can be harder to book the times you want during busy seasons...
Website works fine, quick response via mail if any queries. We did have to change our plans, however, which caused a problem with tickets already delivered and we could not resolve this via mail correspondence, unfortunately. Hotel delivery service for train tickets works fine...
