I've been using ChinaTour services for years for train and domestic flight booking. The company is be trustworthy and I would call them for future bookings. There is room for improvement though: I had difficulties to exchange the vouchers for trains tickets because the mails were written only in english, and the local staff at the counter did not understand. Next time please send the voucher both in english AND chinese...
