I almost missed my train due to wrong information you provided by mail. Your mail with subject "Fw: #192332 -Train Ticket Booking Confirmed" - says ticket was booked by T56 to Beijing-West departing Xi-An at 10-45 pm on 25 Dec. But the train no was actually T42 departing Xi-An at 7-45 pm. I am very disappointed with your service. My guide insisted I check the train one day in advance and so I was saved a big loss of money as I would have surely missed the train because of your mistake. See your mail dated 27th Nov. It says ChinaTour.Net Train Ticket Booking ID: 192332 -_ Your China Train Tickets Booking has been confirmed. Ask to buy train tickets. Supportive and quick to reply. Very helpful. If you want to buy tickets, better ask them to print the tickets for you...
Very good service, reliable, efficient and professional service provider. Keep it up...
Everything was good until it was time to go back to the city we came from "Beijing ". The flight was scheduled for the wrong date... and thanks to that we spent Christmas eve in an airport with my little girl. They did reschedule for a late flight and arrange transportation from the Beijing airport. But what upsets me the most is spending Christmas eve with a little girl on an airport after scheduling the flight with months of anticipation...
The ride is timely and smooth. However, the price of the ticket is cheaper if we book locally...
Excellent platform for foreigners to book train tickets in China. Fuss free and straightforward. Just be sure to book in advanced as confirmation is not immediate. A downside would be the fee they charge though. Seems a little steep if you book multiple tickets. But at least it gets the job done...
