More expensive than trip.com and staff forgot to book at the earliest opportunity, leading to lack of seats and change in travel plans..
Everything was easy and correct, the only point to improve is about automatic ticket machines at Shanghai train station, where we try to collect the ticket, all instructions in those machines were wrote in chinese, so for foreigner it is impossible to get the ticket automatically....
