During our trip to China we went on the high speed train from shanghai to Beijing South. The G 12 is going out of Shanghai Railway station at 12.00 and the business section was very comfortable. 4 h 38 min for almost 1350 km, wow, that is high speed. The train itself seems even better than the ICE trains in Germany, I am using a lot. Great adventure to travel om our own, as stations are Hugh and system is different to ours, but most enjoyable...
We have cancelled our train tickets befor 25 days and we have not yet rcd any refund and also no support for our mail kindly please refund our money..

Booking was very simple and the company handled oury change of departure time very quickly, politely and efficiently. However, we were surprised at Kowloon station that we had to pay extra for booking through the internet. This spoilt the experience a bit. This didn't happen on our return trip which we had booked through another supplier...

No problem. Maybe charge fee is too high. Also, invoices can not be changed names for company name in case it is a business trip..
Overall satisfied despite the fact that due to last minute booking from China tour 2 requests were not fulfilled with full satisfaction. 2 first class train were missed...
