3 train tickets were canceled by the company, not by us. They notified us of that only one night before and they called us saying that the money was going to be refunded. The money was never refunded. I tried calling and sending WeChat messages but no one never answered. Really bad customer service, I would like to get my money back. This happened the 1st of October, it's already been more than one month and still the money hasn't been refunded and no one has been answering our phone calls or our WeChat messages.
