I am still waiting on a refund from 3 months ago. They didn’t ever book our tickets so we were left stranded last minute and I stressfully spent over an hour on the phone until we just had to cancel and get a super expensive plane. They speak English but not well when it’s a crisis. They have not responded to any of the emails I have sent about where my refund is. I am VERY unhappy with my experience with them.
