The worst travel agency I have ever dealt with.
The train tickets did not make it to the hotel on time, I had to book and pay for new flight tickets. I reached out to get a refund and my calls and emails were consistently ignored. I’m considering to pursue legal actions on the grounds of fraudulent and misleading transaction.
