We booked a number of trains when we were in China. Most were fine but when we booked one train from Shanghai to Beijing there was no ticket booked for us despite lots of phone calls prior to journey asking for confirmation and being told twice that it had been booked. This made us very frustrated with China Tour as it caused us lots of hassle at the station. It took us a few weeks to receive our money back too.
