I have already sent you a review. To repeat, I would rate your service 2 out of 5: 1/ Poor delivery of the tickets to hotel. Both hotel & myself have to chase you on the delivery. 2/ On booking, I requested specific seats on the train. If this cannot be done, please inform me quickly. Don't just keep quiet - this is not good customer service. 3/ Communication with customers should be further improved. Sometimes, there is no reply to my emails e.g. my review to you when I got back to my country. As I have said, I will have re-think if I want to use your service again. I hope you give me a reply to this review.
