We purchased all tickets online before flying to China, from Beijing to Yichang
and then from Wuhan to Shenzhen.
Very easy to get real ticket, just show passport and voucher to the ticket counter at station and they print final tickets.
Just go to the station well in advance, at least one hour, as it take time to pass all chekings.
High speed train have special reserved counters.
