Overall satisfied but not on my last booking as your agent on the phone was unable to cancel my ticket and réissue me a new one for the next day. We were in a difficult situation where we had to go back to Canada urgently. The agent just told me to present myself to the train station ticket counter to cancel and take a new ticket. I was totally dissatisfied as no support was given to me in a stressful situation.
