Even though booking was a bit complicated, as the tickets couldn´t be obtained online due to changes in chinese booking system, everything worked perfectly well. Tickets were sent to our first hotel and we got them in paper form from hotel staff on arrival. ChinaTour.net customer service was very helpful. Cost for sending paper tickets was quite low (4usd per booking)
