This is a very convenient way to book your train tickets. Much better than queuing at the station. Never estimate the thousands of people commuting daily. If you cannot read Chinese, this service will save you a lot of time searching your way at the stations. They will deliver your tickets to your hotel. Two facts to note is that you may not get the time of booking with the class of travel that you want. They offered us alternative times that affected other scheduled plans. By booking way ahead didn't help as the tickets are issued 1 month prior to travel only. So prepare for changes.
