issue with train booking reservation that I made months ago. no apology was offered. I was advised that my train was cancelled even though it still shows as available. China Tour did not book me on an alternative train. It was on a busy holiday. As a result all other trains were booked by the time I could check availability so I had to cancel my whole trip. Utterly disappointed.
