Good service and reliable. However, the ticket price is different that what is shown on the website. E.g. a 2nd class ticket for Xiamen-Shanghai is shown as ¥331. But, we are charged for ¥416 - which is shown on the website as the price for the 1st class. So, it is confusing whether the online processing is working correctly.
